Return/Exchange Policy

At Eddy Wraps Gems, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not 100% happy, we've outlined our exchange and return policy below to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible. This policy applies to all products purchased directly from www.eddywraps.com and/or utilizing third party payment applications. After 7 days of a package successfully being delivered there are no exchanges or refunds. Please read carefully to understand the conditions, timeframes, and procedures for returns and exchanges.


1. Eligibility and Conditions to be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Unopened and Unused Products: Items must be in their original, unopened condition, with all packaging, tags, and protective films intact.
  • Products that have been applied, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately for evaluation. We may request photos or additional information to verify the issue.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

1. Custom or personalized orders of any kind with the exception of additional funds being allocated to changing the item which will be determined on a case by case basis.
2. Products marked as "final sale" or purchased during clearance promotions.
3. Products damaged due to improper handling or use by the customer.

Return Timeframe

-Standard Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange for eligible items. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. Return of a 30% downpayment on a product will be honored no longer than 60 days from the day the downpayment was made. After 60 days the downpayment is 100% forfeited and the product will no longer be eligible for a refund, further payments can be made as originally agreed then shipped after final payment is received.

-Defective or Damaged Items: For defective or damaged products, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement.
-Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process it within 7 business days. You will be notified via email once the return is approved or rejected.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.

Exchange/return Timeframe: Once your return is processed, you will be contacted for further communication about what will be exchanged and will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us via Instagram @eddywrapsgems or Email our customer service team at 8eddywraps8@gmail.com with your order, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery. Eddy Wraps is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

4. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email or direct message about the approval or rejection of your return or store credit issued.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items only. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges for non-defective items unless additional items are being purchased.

6. International Returns

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or duties. We recommend contacting us before initiating an international return to confirm eligibility and instructions.
  • Refunds for international orders will follow the same process and timeframes as domestic orders, excluding any additional customs processing times.
